I used "bmake" and "binstall" to differentiate these very important tools
from their counterparts on many platforms.  I didn't think about that
particular name conflict.

This looks like a non-issue to me.  Since /usr/mdec/binstall is only
supposed to be called directly (absolute path or "./"), I don't think it is
really a problem.  You'd know pretty quickly if you had it messed up.  8-)
