FWIW, I'd prefer that you explicitly separate "things that have always
been broken" and "things that broke in the rollover".  The latter are
the items that need to be fixed soonest, and the former type are mostly
what I would class as "niceties"; they are *not* necessary for building
and using NetBSD systems.
