hi folks.

i've commited thorpej's patches for gcc 2.95.2 to build a usable
i386-netbsdelf compiler to gnu/dist/toolchain/gcc.  i am able to
use this compiler to build parts of the tree and also complex C++
applications that fail with egcs 1.1.2.

the GDB support is still broken.  i have no plans on looking at
this anytime soon.
