Only ELF and a.out, the latter of which will (eventually :) go away on all
platforms, "we hope". :)
COFF, ECOFF only existed in unreleased pre-beta versions of certain
architectures. If they pop up at a later date, we expect the toolchain to
use semantics close enough to a.out for symbols and linking.
