What's the diskspace involved here, building all these tools aside, for:
 - libexec+include for one arch
 - libexec+include+lib for one arch
 - libexec+include for all archs
 - libexec+include+lib for all archs

For releases, it would be nice to have a seperate xcomp set which would
allow cross-building stuff for all platforms that release runs on. And
given that the lib is part of that platform's release, it may not be a bad
idea to include it. (You don't mind adding the includes either :-)
