   	o	In which release did NetBSD/sparc start uing ELF?

shortly after NetBSD 1.4 was branched (but before it was
released, i believe), this change happened.  it has not
been seen in a formal release yet.
   
   	o	is ELF the prefered default for NetBSD/SPARC

it is now.
