i wonder if any of you know...i'm wondering where exactly the envp[]
stuff stands in the various standards documents.  the execl() call
passes it to the kernel, it's obviously inherited, and if i declare
main() as

   int
   main(int argc, char *argv[], char *envp[])

it works as i "want".  but i can't find any mention of it in any
documents.  i just remember always "using" it that way and "winning".

help?
