I've added two standards-compliant frontends to the compiler toolchain in
-current:

- `fort77', the same as `f77' and `g77', required by Single UNIX
  Specification.
- `c89' (suggested by Klaus Klein), an ANSI 1989-compliant wrapper for `cc'
  which basically amounts to calling `cc -ansi'.
