If you currently have a /usr/lib/libbfd.so.1.0, REBUILD src/gnu/lib/bfd and
src/gnu/usr.bin/binutils and reinstall them.  There are some minor changes
that need this rebuild for the tools to work fully.

Note that gdb will not compile right now - I'm fixing that up as I write
this.
