To whom it may Concern:

In attempting to use the lj4 device postprocessor on my uVAX, I found
the DESC file had some missing entries needed by troff.  

I went back to the GNU sources and extracted this file and incorporated
it into my existing system, and everything seems OK.  

I went back into the source tree at ftp.netbsd.org and found it was
incorrect there.

Are there any plans to merge the GNU source tree and the NetBSD tree for
things like groff?
