The NetBSD kernel already has full 32-bit and 64-bit ELF support.

I'm undertaking that, actually.  I got Wolfgang's diffs for gcc and
binutils, and fixed them up a bit (there were a few problems with
them), and have a powerpc-elf-netbsd cross compiler set up (using
-mcall-sysv by default).
