Nobody's done the work. If you to grab binutils 2.7 and fix it so
that it does our flavour of a.out dynamic linking, I and many others
would be very, very pleased. I will even help to the best extent
that I am able, which includes testing on i386, sparc and m68k
architectures.

I expect, however, that this is a non-trivial task.
