I have a machine with a Tyan Tiger MP S2460 Dual Athlon motherboard
which I would like to run an MP NetBSD kernel on.  The machine has a
ZNYX four-port Ethernet card which works fine when I boot a non-MP
kernel, but when I boot an MP kernel built from the
i386mp_plus16_stable tag, I see the messages

  pci_intr_map: no MP mapping found
  isa_intr_establish: no MP mapping found

for each of the four ports and the card does not work.

Any ideas how this can be fixed?  Full dmesg output follows.
