Since about a month compiling a -current kernel with the
'sommerfeld_i386mp_1' branch ends up with:

cc -O2 -mcpu=pentiumpro -Werror -Wall -Wmissing-prototypes -Wstrict-prototypes -Wpointer-arith -Wno-uninitialized -Wno-main -I. -I../../../../arch -I../../../.. -nostdinc -DNMBCLUSTERS="0x2000" -DLKM -DDIAGNOSTIC -DMAXUSERS=32 -D_KERNEL -D_KERNEL_OPT -Di386 -c ../../../../compat/linux/arch/i386/linux_machdep.c
../../../../compat/linux/arch/i386/linux_machdep.c: In function `linux_setregs':
../../../../compat/linux/arch/i386/linux_machdep.c:129: `i386_use_fxsave' undeclared (first use in this function)
../../../../compat/linux/arch/i386/linux_machdep.c:129: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
../../../../compat/linux/arch/i386/linux_machdep.c:129: for each function it appears in.)
../../../../compat/linux/arch/i386/linux_machdep.c:130: structure has no member named `sv_xmm'
../../../../compat/linux/arch/i386/linux_machdep.c:132: structure has no member named `sv_87'

Any (easy) way to solve this?

Markus.
