Do you have the USB controller disabled in the bios, or did it just
fail to configure?

  > isp0: interrupting at apic 2 int 17 (irq 10)
  > ahc1: interrupting at apic 2 int 18 (irq 14)
  > adw0: interrupting at apic 2 int 19 (irq 9)

I'm impressed.. all four PCI devices are wired to separate APIC
interrupts..  (my dual celery winds up wiring all the PCI interrupts
to two apic lines).
