stephanie's privacy part had stuff like that including all the obvious
changes some of you made for long enough i'm surprised it hasn't come
up.. some pointers to whomever's going to commit that:
  - procfs hookz
  - libkvm-using tools could use some privacy
  - users like privacy in finger/w/etc.

i've got some old/new patches somewhere but i haven't touched that
shit for too long so you're better off doing your own patches.
