I have a home LAN that is behind a NetBSD NAT/ipf firewall type deal, and I
run qmail on that box. I haven't had any problems that weren't caused by my
ISP. I've written an easy qmail installer that installs and sets up qmail
for smtp and local maildir delivery, though if you use the NetBSD machines
the qmail stuff in pkgsrc should work fine.
