I would actually prefer that option to having root access denied and
everything else as-it-is in openssh. That way everyone would have to
configure ssh. Kinda like what we do with the rc system not starting if
you haven't configured rc.conf. :-)

(topic migrating) Can sushi configure ssh's config files?
