tech-security: IP Forwarding Question

I have this problem with my NetBSD 1.5.0 Firewall/router

If my user use some application such as "Audiogalaxy satellite" and the  ip
forwarding is enabled (net.inet.ip.forwarding=1) the server crash with no
error message.
Thi pc is the router to the internet.
If i disable the Ip forwarding the server run well. I have Incresed the
NMBclusters cache first to 1024 then to 2048 but i have not resolve the
problem.
