Howdy.
We (John Ioannidis and myself) recently made a release of our IPsec
implementation for the BSD/OS and NetBSD architectures. Since then,
i've moved in the US and JI is moving the near future too so we can't
keep developing this code. I'll probably keep working on it, but only
be able to make it available to US/Canada citizens. The OpenBSD
project also incorporated the code in their OS (it will probably be
out in their 2.1 release).

So i/we are looking for developers/maintainers outside the US for the
NetBSD, BSD/OS and FreeBSD platforms. This is the only international
implementation with non-proprietary code that i'm aware of (there's
also JI's Linux implementation).
