fossil complains about wrong hash/uuid

Hello,

I'm using fossil 2.5 on Ubuntu 18.04.3 on amd64 and on todays' attempt 
to sync src repository I've got following fossil complain:

$ fossil sync
Sync with https://src.fossil.netbsd.org
Round-trips: 1   Artifacts sent: 0  received: 0
wrong hash on received artifact: 
404dfcb76ade8615ac6327686699641af2bd222f96a1452fa26d9f294052cf82
Round-trips: 1   Artifacts sent: 0  received: 1
hash of rid 2871354 does not match its uuid

Not sure how harmful/harmless this is, but my tree is not updated 
anymore so I guess something went wrong in conversion process into the 
fossil repo?
