Hi,

I don't have a terrific lot of spare time right now so I have to mostly
bow out, but I've seeded
http://wiki.netbsd.org/mailing-lists/tech-repository/
so we can create a reference point.

At present only developers can edit the page, but there are enough around
that good points should make it from mail to wiki without direct edits
as well (here's to being optimistic :).
