Eh, so you want to encode this in the softc? Instead of having a
bus_{to,from}_host_*(bus_chipset_tag, value) you want a
device_{to,from}_host_*(softc_pointer, value)? Yes, perhaps that is a
good idea... At this moment, possibly an overkill, but as we are
planning for the future, we might as well go for it.
