Hmmm.  When I started cleaning up the GNU tool chain's NetBSD support,
I grabbed NetBSD-current's gdb/bfd/netbsd.h.  I assumed it was
correct.

That netbsd.h does seem to work fine for the current GDB for both
NetBSD/i386 and NetBSD/sparc.
