It should.

x11/xcursor was imported with the wrong name. 

x11/xcursor is libXcursor. The source file name is libXcursor-1.1.2.

(That is why I keep saying it should be removed once x11/libXcursor is 
proven to be a replacement for x11/xcursor on old X systems or 
for XFree86.)
