I just wanted to write, now that all the dust has died down, and thank
all of the people who helped out with the pkgthon.

The most thrilling part of it all was the number of pkgsrc users that
turned out - on behalf of all the developers, a huge thank you to you
all, for making pkgsrc a much better place.

It really was inspirational to see such enthusiasm shown by all the
people who are not yet pkgsrc developers, and the results have
benefitted us all.

Thanks once again,
Alistair
