http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ion_(window_manager) has some background
on the issue, too. (And as an aside, neither the US Patent and
Trademark office nor the Finnish trademark office (PRH) know nothing
about this purported trademark.)

Probably best all around that it stays out of pkgsrc entirely.
