Thanks, I got my first copy from 
rsync://rsync.fr.netbsd.org/NetBSD-CVS/
but that seems to have gone away now.
rsync.allbsd.org has started up fine, seems fast too.
Of course cvsup amd64 probably works in Q3. :)
