I'd like to draw committers' attention to PR#36887, which includes
a package for microdc2, a console-based DirectConnect client. It's
particularly useful as there currently is no really usable DC-client
in pkgsrc. The package works fine for me and pkglint doesn't
complain; CAVE, however:
* what I entered as RCS ID in PLIST is probably bogus;
* I set myself as maintainer; don't know whether non-committers
may and if I'm competent enough to actually maintain it; should
perhaps be set to pkgsrc-users@ instead;
* the package currently installs two manpages: microdc2.1 and
microdc2.pl.1, the latter being the Polish version. Both are
installed to $PREFIX/man/man1. I think a better place for microdc2.pl.1
would be $PREFIX/man/pl/man1/microdc2.1, but I don't know how to
accomplish that.
TIA anyways.
