OK, I'll do the l:transformation and include handling.  I've never
used Xaw-Xpm, but I'm pretty sure neXtaw will need -I mangling as
well.  Barring some unforseen craziness, it should be relatively
straightforward.  It almost seems too simple ...

My guess is that it's possible that in all cases, those configure
options simply switch between different preprocessor directives and
perhaps config.h definitions.  Unless I'm wrong about this, then they
serve no purpose insofar as we're concerned.
