Probably yes, if you are not alone...
Even if no, good documentation/information_about_project
gives pkgsrc more users. If they/we/me see perspectives...

Several weeks/months ago Jeremy Reed asked in pkgsrc-users@
about pkg-summary.gz at ftp:// which was absent in many repositories.
A few weeks later I created wip/pkg_update_summary which efficiently
updates pkg-summary.gz and can be used at ftp:// side being run
periodically. Two or three weeks later somebody created pkg-summary.gz
at netbsd-4/pkgsrc-2007Q2 where it was absent previously.
Nobody knows whether it was done manually or automatically, nobody knows
is it garanteed that pkg-summary.gz is ALWAYS
present and is up-to-date most of the time.
Is there anybody who knows how you/pkgsrc_commiters/netbsd_developers
think about binary packages management?

BiKeS-what? My dictionaties don't know this word.

P.S.
Before developing config file for binary packages management tools
it whould be great to see tools' functionality. pkg_add? pkg_chk?
Modified?

P.P.S
pbulk still doesn't work for me.
