I updated devel/scmgit to 1.5.2.2.  It defaults to "bare", e.g. in
PATH, pathnames to wish and a bunch of other programs.  Is this OK?  I
presume so as this was the way the package was before.

Also, when generating a new PLIST with a perl5 packlist in it, is the
standard practice to remove the PLIST entries and have
lang/perl5/module.mk handle it?  I wasn't sure whether or not this was
supposed to show up here.
