The files mentioned above are the foundation of the INSTALL/DEINSTALL
scripts used during pkg_add. Yes, they are used for binary packages.

For some time I am building packages with USE_DESTDIR=full and then
installing via "make bin-install". Thanks to Joerg Sonnenberger for
this.
