This is typically the sign for either a mixed installation with
different X11_TYPEs or a broken pkgsrc tree. The warning above comes
from something including mk/x11.buildlink3.mk which is not supposed to
happen for X11_TYPE=modular. First of all, make sure that you have
neither x11-links nor any of xorg-{clients,imake,libs,server} installed.
