Hi,
   I'm trying to write a package for opensync however in order to 
fetch the tarball you need to supply the URL:

http://www.opensync.org/attachment/wiki/download/libopensync-0.22.tar.bz2?format=raw

note the required "?format=raw" on the end.  How can you do this in 
pkgsrc?
