The package in question is now in pkgsrc-wip: gdal-grass.  Note that
it depends on both gdal-lib and grass, which are also in pkgsrc-wip.

I would appreciate it if someone could look it over and see why the
wrapper is removing the rpath argument even though it should be listed
in ${BUILDLINK_PASSTHRU_RPATHDIRS}.
