Since both OpenBSD's ports and NetBSD's pkgsrc are derived from
FreeBSD's ports, it's natural to mention its origin, isn't it?

Well, it does NOT ignore OpenBSD, rather, pkgsrc supports OpenBSD as
its platform.

Unfortunately, they are written in perl.
Since NetBSD will never import perl into the base system, OpenBSD
pkgtools cannot be used on NetBSD (as a tool in the base system,
I mean).
