This is just a short note to say that we've started to prepare for the
pkgsrc-2006Q3 branch.  In the same way as usual, we branch pkgsrc
after a quiet period, during which we firm things up for the next
release.

We expect pkgsrc-2006Q3 to be branched around the 30th September 2006.
