The -pgsql suffix seems to be more common: 

% pkgfind -- -psql
x11/qt3-psql: QT postgresql driver

% pkgfind -- -pgsql

Maybe it's best you reimport both qt*-psql packages as qt*-pgsql.
Should we define a policy on pkgname suffixes?
