The -pgsql suffix seems to be more common:

% pkgfind -- -psql
x11/qt3-psql: QT postgresql driver

% pkgfind -- -pgsql
databases/php-pgsql: PHP extension for PostgreSQL databases
databases/py-PgSQL: Python DB-API 2.0 compliant interface to PostgreSQL
devel/rt-pgsql
net/mydns-pgsql: PostgreSQL-based DNS server
net/nagios-plugin-pgsql: Nagios pgsql plugin
net/snort-pgsql: Network Intrusion Detection System (with PostgreSQL support)
www/ap-auth-pgsql: Apache module for user authentication/logging against a PostgreSQL DB
www/ap2-auth-pgsql: Allows users to use PostgreSQL databases for user authentication

Maybe it's best you reimport both qt*-psql packages as qt*-pgsql.
Should we define a policy on pkgname suffixes?
