The USE_LANGUAGES change is a good thing. For systems not using native 
g++, this will add a dependency to the package which before was missing 
for many packages. (I have systems where my gcc is all from pkgsrc.)

(That reminds me: at one time I split out the libs to make another 
libstdc+ package.)
