None of these sites the 2.0.55 tarball any more.  We might as well save 
everyone 5 minutes of FTP fetch attempts and disable it until we patch to 
2.0.58 and push everyone to NBSD distfiles mirrors.

I'm assuming all of the CVE-related fixes since 2.0.55 are in our
PKGVERSION=8, but I actually haven't checked it.
