are there any objection against creating a new package for portaudio=20
development?

We currently have portaudio-v18.1 in our pkgsrc tree which was released in=
=20
2001.  portaudio-v19-devel has since seen lots of improvements and is due f=
or=20
release in some not so distant future.

Some applications require portaudio-v19-devel now and hence my proposal. I'=
m=20
using the development version for the implementation of=20
ham/gnuradio-audio-portaudio which is part of the gnuradio project.=20
