You should be consistent for the usage of REPORTS_URL.

The build.conf-example contains the old, intentional, non existing host ftp.machi.ne,
but you use the 'correct' ftp.netbsd.org in post-build.
IMHO there should be a comment in build.conf-example pointing to the correct hostname
and stating that the default one is intentional wrong.

Hmm, what about changing it to localhost, so we don't get problems if we the host
will exists once?
