Not really, maybe adding another option to use the local one. I leave it up to
you to fix it.

And for the reason why i want to use the internal one:
- I don't want to have problems if the extern one will be updated and something breaks
- the faad2 package would be only used by the mplayer package
- mplayer is a complex programm and it is know that the internal faad2 works and
  supported, which may not the case for the external one
- mplayer has a newer internal version, including some modifications,
  where the modification seems to be only related to MINGW32
