Given that patch-ac is taken directly from a mail message that Wietse 
himself sent to the postfix-users list, if he says he fixed the problem 
elsewhere and tells us the patch is no longer necessary, then I'm 
inclined to believe him.

Go ahead and remove patch-ac from both mail/postfix and 
mail/postfix-current.
