No AFAIK.

We have a script that basically runs "make mirror-distfiles", which 
basically just does a "make fetch". Changing that to a "make checksum" 
makes some sense, but someone would have to react upon problems.

I'd appreciate if someone could take this over... talk to me if 
interested.
