Is there any way to turn this on for individual packages only?  Previously
I've been doing

  env ALLOW_VULNERABLE_PACKAGES=1 make package

but that is really only appropriate for single package builds ... 

Is there some /etc/mk.conf variable I can set such as 

  ALLOW_VULNERABLE_PACKAGE.graphviz = yes

or similar?  that would be most helpful ...
