Well, yes, and that's how it is now.  The idea of this meta package was to
let users install everything related to gtk2, so that they'd get third-part=
y
themes installed by hand to work correctly.  But I guess that'd be consider=
ed
"bloat", and if you are installing themes, you probably have everything tha=
t's
needed.
