Trying to compile comms/minicom on Darwin I realized it does not seem to
have any of the traditional lock dirs, it failed in the configure stage.
I added
CONFIGURE_ARGS+= --enable-lock-dir=${VARBASE}/spool/lock
to the Makefile and created the respective directory to make it work.
What is the general "policy" towards lock dirs? There is no variable for
it, is there?
