I used the setup I had for 2005Q2. But it shouldn't matter as I remove
/usr/pkg and /var/db/pkg each time before starting a new build.

I untar the binary sets, and I also use libkver (I build the 1.6.2 and 2.0
binary packages on a system running 2.1_BETA).
